Bid Opportunities

The Village of Mahomet is accepting sealed proposals to perform the partial replacement and repair of the roof on the water treatment plant. Sealed proposals for the project described herein will be received at the Village of Mahomet Administrative Office, until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronically mailed bids will not be accepted.

The roof replacement and repair project generally consist of the replacement of rubber roofing, insulation board, aluminum trim, etc., on two (2) portions of the roof and the patching / repair of one (1) section of the roof. The Village of Mahomet reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to waive any formality or technicality in any bids in the interest of the Village.

BID PACKET

The Village of Mahomet is accepting sealed proposals to perform the 2024-2027 Curbside Brush and Tree Limb Collection. This bid will be awarded for a period of three (3) fiscal years with the first collection beginning in June 2024 and the final collection being in April 2027. Sealed proposals for the curbside brush and tree limb collection described herein will be received at the Village of Mahomet Administrative Office, until 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 1, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronically mailed bids will not be accepted. The Brush and Tree Limb Curbside Collection Program generally consists of brush and tree limb collection during the first full work week of the five designated program months from five established collection areas throughout the Village. A separate collection day of the week is designated for each collection area. The collection services are presently requested for the designated program months. In year 1, June 2024, August 2024, October 2024, December 2024, and April 2025. In year 2, June 2025, August 2025, October 2025 and December 2025, and April 2026. In year 3, June 2026, August 2026, October 2026, December 2026, and April 2027, for a total of fifteen (15) collections.
